Cross-Border Selling

     Cross-Border Shipping Fees & Charges

In addition to other applicable fees, Noon will apply the following charges whenever an item is shipped from a country different from the customer’s destination country:

1. Shipments to GCC (Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait) from UAE, KSA & Egypt

  • A fee corresponding to the standard VAT rate of the origin country i.e country where the seller has signed the Terms & Conditions (T&C) will be applied.

2. Shipments from Any Country Outside UAE, KSA, or Egypt

  • A fee corresponding to the standard VAT rate of the destination (customer) country will be applied.

3. Import Duty & Other Charges

  • Noon will add any applicable import duty or other charges to the final selling price.
  • The seller will receive settlement based on the final selling price, and Noon will deduct an equivalent amount as a fee from the seller’s payout.

Opting Out of Cross-Border Sales

  • Sellers can opt out of cross-border sales at any time by contacting seller@noon.com.
  • Deactivation may take up to 7 days, during which the seller must fulfill all active and new orders.
