Payment statements are issued weekly and are accessible on your Seller Lab, in the Statements tab. Each statement has its reference number that reflects the date of its issuance, and each payment transaction has a bank transaction ID which you can use to follow up on your payment with your bank whenever needed. 2. How will the sales fees and commissions be charged?
Fees an commissions are calculated and deducted automatically when your payments get processed and transferred to your bank account, and they will apply from the first sale that you’ll make on noon.
3. Are noon fees and commissions inclusive of VAT?
No, noon fees that are shared on the rate card are exclusive of VAT. You'll then need to add the VAT to your fees while determining/updating your prices.

4. When will I receive my payment if the value of my weekly statement is less than AED/SAR 1000?
Your payment will be processed if the value of your next weekly statements, or the sum of your weekly statements amount to AED/SAR 1000. Otherwise, we’ll process your payment once a month, regardless of its value, even if it’s below AED/SAR 1000.
5. When will I receive my payment if the value of my weekly statement is greater than or equal to AED/SAR 1000?
Your payment will continue to be processed weekly if the value of your payment statement is greater than or equal to AED/SAR 1000.
