How can you register for cross-border business?

The primary goal for any business is growth, aiming to secure a significant market share. Engaging in cross-border business facilitates selling your products in different countries. This article will primarily guide you on how to register and establish your cross-border business with noon
Note: The cross-border business is restricted only to UAE and KSA as of now.

In order to start selling as a cross-border seller you must submit your Tax Details of the country you wish to sell in. You can do so by following these simple steps.

Step1: Create a New Store in the cross-border country you wish to sell in
Step2: Add VAT certificate of the country you wish to sell to the existing legal entity(LE) and submit for approval
Step3: Link Legal Entity to Store
Step4: Complete T&C Process

Steps to register for cross-border business

Step1: Create a New Store in the cross-border country you wish to sell in
- Click on Noon Partners and then click on Start selling in another country button.

- Create your noon store by filling in all the details requested. The click on Create Noon Store button.

Step2: Add VAT certificate of the country you wish to sell to the existing legal entity(LE) and submit for approval:

- Click on Edit Store Details button.

- Select the Legal Entity in the Legal & Payment section drop-down. Then click on the view details (Legal entity name) button.

- In the Legal Entity page scroll down to the Tax Details section and click on Add Tax details.

- Make sure to select the correct Tax country and choose VAT registered in the VAT type. Then click on Next Step.

Note: For cross border selling the VAT details are mandatory. Non-VAT registered
sellers cannot do the cross border business.

- Fill the Tax details requested and click on Add Tax Details button to save your details as draft.

- Once the Tax details and updated you can click on Submit for Approval. The approval process will be completed within 24- 48 hours.

Step3: Link Legal Entity to Store:

You will receive an email confirmation once the Legal Entity is approved. Next you need to ‘Link’ your Legal Entity to your store. You can do so by following these simple steps.

- Click on ‘Link Legal Entity to your store’ option on the Partner Platform, as shown in the image below.

- You will need to select your Legal Entity from the dropdown and then click on the ‘Link Legal Entity’ button. Once the Legal Entity is link just click on the option ‘Click here to send the agreement on behalf of <Legal Entity Name>

Step4: Complete T&C Process:

- Select the Authorized Signatory Name from the dropdown and click on the ‘Send T&C for Review’ button as shown in the image below.

- As a last step, you will need to accept the T&Cs which you received on your registered email ID.

You will be successfully onboarded and can now start listing your products.
