Keeping track of your campaigns’ performances through reports is imperative to improve future campaigns. It is where you can find and various valuable insights.
Select the date range for which you want the metrics in the report to appear using the date range filter.
Identify the campaign which you need a report for, click on the three-dot icon Actions Menu on the right side of the campaign row. Select Export then choose the type of report you want to download.
Additionally, the Export Data button on all specific campaign dashboards allows you to download campaign reports.
From the dropdown menu, select the desired report type:
Campaign Report: Provides a general overview of the campaign's overall performance.
Detailed Target Performance: It helps identify high-performing targets (keywords and categories) and exclude low-performing ones. For sales-driving targets, you can add them to existing campaigns or use them to create a new one.
Overcharge Report: Highlights any budget overcharges within the campaign for review and resolution.
Select the campaigns using the checkboxes on the left, then click Export Data and choose the report type you need.
After selecting the desired reports, they will be downloaded automatically for individual or bulk campaigns in XLS format. Note that metrics in the report appear as per the filtered date range.
Understanding the key metrics helps you analyze your campaigns’ performances and enriches your advertising knowledge. By familiarizing yourself with those, you will be able to optimize your campaigns till your desired goals.
