All seller reviews posted by the customers must follow noon’s Community Guidelines and Seller Review Guidelines. Any content that goes against these guidelines may be subject to be reported by the seller.
By reporting a review posted by the customer, you trigger an alert to noon indicating the content posted is not suitable for the platform or is offensive.
Let's discuss the steps to be followed for reporting a review.
Step 1: Click on Account health and performance and select Reputation Management
Step 2: Open Seller Reviews tab and this will show all customer reviews for your account
Step 3: Click on View more button available right next to review. This will open a pop-up window that provides more details about the review and comments
Step 4: Click on the Report button and select the reason, then click on Report review button
Once the report is successfully submitted, you will get a notification thanking you for flagging the review.
Note: Valid customer review reports may result in the removal of comments, but
ratings will not be removed.
There can be many reasons that the seller would want to report a review. In order to simplify we have categorized these reasons into 3 classifications. They are as follows:
1. Language.
2. Personal Information
3. Harmful content.
The following table will give you an explanation and an example for each category mentioned above.
Reason category | Explanation | Examples |
Language | In case the review contains some language other than English or Arabic, or contains some obscene wording, it can be reported by the seller. |
|
Personal Information | Any information related to a specific individual or organization posted online without the consent is prohibited and are a subject to be reported. |
|
Harmful content | Any reviews supporting or promoting any illegal activities or spreading hate are subjected to be reported.
