How to search for items in the Partner Catalog

Finding your items in the Partner Catalog just got easier. With multiple search and filter functions, you can now easily and accurately browse through your inventory.

I. Catalog Views

The Partner Catalog displays all SKUs listed in your store, organized into three main views for clarity:

• All SKUs: Shows all listed SKUs, regardless of status, visibility, or brand.
• Live SKUs: Focuses on SKUs that are live on Noon.
• Offline SKUs: Focuses on SKUs that are not live on Noon, allowing you to prioritize these items to increase sales potential.

 II. Search bar

The search bar at the top left of the Partner Catalog helps you find products quickly. You can search by:

• Title (in English and Arabic),
  
• Brand (English)
• Partner SKU
• Seller SKU
• noon SKU
  

III. Filters

Filters help you refine your search results. Apply individual or multiple filters to narrow down your inventory search.

1. Quick Filters

The Quick Filters are constituted of the following filters:

1. Status Status: Seller status of the SKU whether is Active or Inactive
2. Fulfillment: This filter helps to get the SKUs of FBN or FBP.
   
3. Stock: You can choose to show all skus regardless of the stock or only skus with available stocks.
4. QC Status: This filter help us to the understand the QC status of the SKU whether it is pending, approved or rejected.
   

2. All Filters

Access a full list of filters by clicking Filter. Select your criteria, click Apply, and view your filtered results.

Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up to see all available filters.

Note: You can keep changing, or adding more filters if you wish. As you add new filters,

 the list of your products will reload with the new conditions. 

IV. Removing Filters

To clear applied filters and return to the original data view, click Reset. This removes all filters, displaying unfiltered results.
