How to search for items in the Partner Catalog

How to search for items in the Partner Catalog

Finding your items in the Partner Catalog just got easier. With multiple search and filter functions, you can now easily and accurately browse through your inventory.

You can reach your catalog page by following these simple steps.

- Click on the Navigation menu, go to Catalog, and click on Partner Catalog.

I. Catalog Views

The Partner Catalog displays all SKUs listed in your store, organized into three main views for clarity:
  • FBP: This view shows the SKUs that are sold under the FBP selling model  ( marketplace )
  • FBN : This view shows all the SKUs for which you have transferred the stock to noon warehouse and the orders are fulfilled by noon on your behalf.
  • Supermall: Only selected sellers who are selling eligible items will see the SKU under this view.

The search bar at the top left of the Partner Catalog helps you find products quickly. You can search by:
  • Partner SKU: This is the unique identifier of your item in the system.
  • Seller SKU: This is auto-generated by the system for SKUs you create from scratch.
  • noon SKU: The SKUs where the content is managed by noon are called noon SKUs.

III. Filters

Filters help you refine your search results. Apply individual or multiple filters to narrow down your inventory search.

1. Quick Filters

The Quick Filters are constituted of the following filters:

  1. SKU Status: Seller status of the SKU, whether it is Live or Not Live
  2. Offer issue: This filter helps you to filter out your SKUs based on various offer issues which can be stock, content, price, etc.
  3. Stock: You can choose to see the SKUs and if its having the stock available or not.
  4. Filter views: You can save a filter that you made earlier to extract the relevant SKUs, rather than selecting the filters again.

2. All Filters

Access a full list of filters by clicking Filter. Select your criteria, click Apply, and view your filtered results. Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up to see all available filters.
Note: You can keep changing, or adding more filters if you wish. As you add new filters, the list of your products will reload with
the new conditions.

IV. Removing Filters

To clear applied filters and return to the original data view, click Clear. This removes all filters, displaying unfiltered results.

That's It!
