FBN Fees for products stored in noon Grocery warehouses (DXBG02 / DXBG03)

This noon Grocery service annex incorporates and is governed by the Seller Terms and Conditions. The combination of the Seller Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this service annex shall together constitute the contract between the parties.

Starting July 1st, 2023 the following fees will apply to all your items stored in noon grocery warehouses - DXBG02/DXBG03.

Note: All fees are exclusive of VAT, and will be charged per unit. 

I. Default Fees

All-inclusive referral fees

A fee that applies to each unit that is shipped to a customer. All-inclusive referral fee based on the selling price (inclusive of applicable VAT) and the product category as detailed in the below table.

The Grocery warehouses are temperature-controlled warehouses and the inventory health is critical metric for a great customer experience, hence, we encourage sellers to sign a commercial agreement with the noon team, so that we could deliver our customers with the best quality product.

II. Circumstantial Fees

Circumstantial Fees are fees imposed on sellers by noon for specific conditions or events related to inventory and sales.

These fees include long-term storage, non-saleable item storage, warranty claims, miscellaneous irregularities, and retention penalties for 

non-compliance with local laws and policies. You can find these fees in your payments page in Seller Lab, in the Statements tab.

1. Warranty Fees (WNTY)

A charge for warranty claims made by the customers which the seller couldn't fulfill as per the local law and noon's policies

2. Retention Penalty fees (RETP)

The Retention Penalty Fee (RETP) is charged to the seller to compensate our customers for grievances arising from non-adherence to local laws and our policies. These grievances can be due to, but are not limited to, items that are missing parts/accessories, counterfeit, damaged, defective, used, expired, not matching the product listing, or having pricing errors.

3. Miscellaneous Fees (MISC)

An amount charged to the seller for any irregular occurrences that they may cause, which engender grievances to our customer, or/ and are against the local laws and noon policies , such as counterfeit penalties.
