Counterfeit products are fake or imitation goods that are made to resemble and pass off as genuine products. They are often produced with the intention of deceiving customers into believing they are purchasing a genuine product.

Intellectual property infringement is a violation of someone's exclusive rights to their original creations. Intellectual property (IP) refers to a broad category of tangible or intangible property that includes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other proprietary rights.
It is your responsibility as a noon seller to ensure your product listings do not tantamount to such violations.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the content of your products listed on noon exactly matches with the actual product being sold.
Seller Controllable Returns are directly attributable to the quality of the product and can be controlled by you (for example - returns due to sending fake, wrong, damaged / used, expired products, empty shipments etc.).
You can track your SCR by accessing the ‘Returns Reduction’ dashboard under the “Account Health & Performance” section of your Seller Lab account. You should ensure that all your offers and brands have a classification of ‘Fair’ i.e. any offer or brand having a classification of ‘Poor’ or ‘Very Poor’ will invoke penal actions in accordance with this policy.
We encourage our customers to rate and review their shopping experience. Selling poor quality products will result in low Seller Rating.
As a noon seller you are expected to:

noon’s customers, fellow sellers, government bodies or any other 3rd party can file complaints against the quality of your products. Complaints which are found to be valid, after due validations, will invoke penal actions against you in accordance with the provisions of this policy.
noon frequently engages with government agencies to make the platform better and ensure that customers do not get impacted by the products being sold on noon. In case any product does not meet the regulatory requirements of the country in which it is being sold, the government agencies may initiate action against you and noon shall be liable to share all details requested by them and also initiate appropriate penal action in accordance with this policy.
noon reserves the right to take unilateral action against you in case of violation(s) including but not limited to the above guidelines. The actions may include, but are not limited to delisting of your offers, temporary or permanent revocation of your selling privileges, reporting to government authorities and initiating legal action, levying a minimum monetary penalty of AED/SAR 200,000 or EGP 1,600,000 and/or any other amount depending on the nature and impact of the violation including recovery of ancillary expenditure such as legal expenses, customer compensations among others.
You will be notified via email in case we initiate any penal action against you. You must reply on the same email or send an email at seller@noon.com within 3 calendar days by providing the following information:
Failing to provide the required information will result in the action being final and binding on you.
