1- How can i Enroll

To enroll your catalog in supermall:

1. Log into Seller Lab:
• Go to Seller Lab Home.
• Navigate to supermall.
• Select Enlist your catalog into supermall.

2- What does enrolling my SKUs on supermall involve?

• Enrolling means that your SKUs will be sold on supermall, and you will incur additional supermall fees.

3- Where can I find more information about fees and terms?

• To learn about terms and conditions and associated fees, click on Learn More.

4- What are Enrollment Requirements?

Before enrolling, ensure you meet the following requirements:

• Invitation: You must be invited by Noon to sell on Supermall
• Accept Terms and Conditions: You must accept the supermall Terms and Conditions in the Seller Lab.

Once you are whitelisted:

1. Enroll Your SKUs: You can now enlist your SKUs into supermall to be charged upon sales. When you Accept the Terms and Conditions by enrolling into Supermall, your entire catalog is enrolled into Supermall. You can choose to remove SKUs from Supermall enrollment.
   If your SKU is enrolled by you and is deemed eligible to be sold on Supermall, it will be moved to a Supermall warehouse and charged upon sales.
2. Follow the enrollment process outlined above.

5- My SKU is enrolled but not eligible. What does this mean?

1. Enrollment of SKUs is your interest in selling a SKU on Supermall.
2. Eligibility of SKUs is Noon’s interest in selling a SKU on Supermall. Supermall eligible SKUs are products that meet Noon’s criteria for inclusion on supermall based on multiple factors. For more information or if you believe an SKU should be eligible on supermall, please reach out to your account manager or seller support for further evaluation.

6- How do I remove SKUs from Supermall enrollment?

If you no longer wish to sell SKUs on Supermall, you can remove their enrollment. You can do so via the Supermall Listing page or via Catalog Imports > Supermall > Seller SKU Enrollment

Once you remove a SKU from enrollment, the Supermall stock will be removed within 7 business days. You can enroll the SKU into Supermall again if you wish - it will be added to Supermall depending on space availability, stock availability, and eligibility. 

7- How to manage the supermall offer in the seller lab? 

To manage your supermall offers, start by going to the Seller Lab homepage.

• Look for the "Manage Your supermall" widget on the homepage. Click on it to proceed.
• After clicking the widget, you will be directed to the listing page for your supermall offers.

8- How can i manage the supermall Stock?

Stock is transferred from the FBN/express warehouse to the supermall warehouse automatically. You’re able to see which SKUs and with what quantity they’re present in the supermall megastore on the inventory dashboard (seller lab > fulfilled by noon> inventory). The warehouse codes that have the format [city_code]MS[number] are the supermall warehouses. So for example DXBMS01 is our first Dubai supermall warehouse.

 

9- How can i edit the price?
You can edit the pricing of SKUs one by one by clicking on the edit button next to the price. You can also use an importer via Catalog > Imports > Supermall > Supermall Price Update

10- What are the pricing methods available for supermall?

11- Is manual pricing available as a pricing method?

Pricing Method: Currently only pricing engine is an available pricing method

12- How can I access the supermall dashboard ?

You can access a dashboard with information on live and non-live supermall SKUs by navigating to Reports > Product Insights > supermall Pricing in Seller Lab. 

 

13- How can i opt my supermall offer into Deals through the importer?

 

Step 1: Entering Deals: To enroll in a deal, go to the ‘All Deals’ page and click on ‘List Your Products’ under the relevant deal code.

Step 2: Enrollment Flow – Adding Prices and Stock

1. Select your products and click ‘Next’.
2. In the second section titled ‘Input Price/Stock’, you can enter your Core price and stock as well as your supermall price and stock.
• Supermall deal price and stock are optional if a Core deal price and stock are provided.
• Conversely, Core deal price and stock are optional if a supermall deal price and stock are provided.
• Both Core and supermall deal prices must be below the current offer price and above the PSKU minimum.
• Core and supermall deal prices can be the same or different; however, supermall guardrails are less strict than those for Core offers.

Step 3: Review and Submit

After setting the deal prices and stock for your supermall and Core SKUs, you will have a chance to review your submission. This allows you to add, remove, or adjust details before finalizing your submission to the system. 

14- How can I add products in bulk to the Deals?

The format is follows the regular deals 

- On Deals tab, click on Imports and click on New Imports

- Download the template and fill in the details for the promotion you want to participate in. Save the file and upload or paste in the space provided. Click on Submit. Your products will then be reviewed by the quality team to ensure that all information is correct, and they will go live within just a few days.

15- How to manage your supermall Deals?

To manage your supermall offers after submitting them, navigate to My Deals or Mega Deals. Then select the Deal Code or Schedule ID and click on the supermall SKUs tab.

16- How does the Buybox work on supermall?

The Buybox for supermall offers uses the same factors as for Express and market offers, including prices, official brand sellers, ratings, number of ratings, processing time, out-of-stock rate, and return rate.

17- Do supermall offers have any advantages in the Buybox?

Yes, supermall offers receive a boost in the Buybox algorithm, providing them with higher visibility compared to non-supermall offers.

18- What happens if two offers from the same partner match in all Buybox factors?

If a partner has two offers for the same product that match in price, processing time, out-of-stock rate, and return rate, the supermall offer will win the Buybox

19- Is there any special Visibility for supermall offers on the PDP/PLP?

 The supermall offers are given special visibility on the PLP pages regardless of whether it wins the BB or not, however, the flow differs slightly:

20. How will I receive the payment; this will follow the normal process?

It follows the normal process.

21. How are the noon supermall payments visible on the reports?

The payments show up in the Statement and Invoices section of the Seller Lab. There is no report for payments.

22. How will i be able to identify the supermall orders and normal FBN (express) orders from the sales report and consolidation report 

We have no way of flagging this difference.

23. Is there any separate invoices for supermall or it will be showing under the noon fees invoices; and customer invoices what will be the codes for the deductions

They will show up under the same tab.

24. Do I need to add a separate bank account for the payment or will we use the same account added to the Legal Entity while store creation?

The same bank account would be used.

25. Am I being charged any fees, like a subscription fee, to be on Supermall?
