Where can I find a report with all my VAT invoices?

If you’re looking for a comprehensive report of all your VAT invoices, you can find the details in the Customer Invoice Report in Seller Lab. This report provides a detailed summary of VAT invoices for each of your orders.

Note: This guide applies only to sellers who have opted into ZATCA e-invoicing integration.

How Does VAT Invoicing Work on Noon?

noon will submit invoices to your ZATCA portal. Sellers will also receive a copy of these invoices, which can be downloaded from seller lab. You can use these invoices to remit VAT to the government.

Steps to Download Your VAT Invoice Report

1. In the Navigation menu, click on Payment and Fees and then click on Invoices & Credit Notes.
   

2. Select the Document Type as Tax Invoices.
   

3. The click on Download button to extract the information.
   

4. Once the file it ready, then click on Export to get the Tax Invoice Report.
   

 

  

 

How to Download Invoices in Bulk

To download your VAT invoices in bulk, follow these simple steps:

1. In the Navigation menu, click on Payment and Fees and then click on Invoices and Credit notes.
   

2. Then switch to Monthly view.
   

3. Then click on Download PDF to download the invoices for the relevant store for a specific month. This download all the invoices that were generated for that month in a Zip File.
