About the Sales View

The sales view allows you to keep track of all of your sales and payments through noon. Once an item is dispatched from noon's warehouse it will be visible in this view. 

The sales view will allow you to do the following 

  • View consolidated sales for a particular product 

  • View detailed commission and financial information for any sale 

  • Check item statuses in real-time and pending payments from noon 

 Accessing the sales view

In the Navigation Bar, select Payment and fees and click on Sales.

Searching and filtering your sales

When you first access the sales view you'll see a grid of items ordered by the date of shipping from noon. The default filter will be to show items shipped in the previous 30 days, however you can adjust to view data for a single day or to review historical sales information. 

- To access the detailed sales view which will provide all the financial information for every sale. 

You can select ‘Payments & Fees’ and click ‘Statements & Invoices’ 

In the Weekly Statements tab, click Net Proceeds of the desired statement .


Click on the Item Item Number for the detailed view.

Filtering  

You can filter the sales view by item status.

Delivered

Item has been delivered to the customer and you should have a pending due amount

Returned

The item has been returned to noon's warehouse

Shipped

The item is still in transit to the customer or in transit back to noon's warehouse after a failed delivery

There may be Buyback items for some crossborder sales to Saudi Arabia

RTV

This status will only be valid for the oldest olders in 2018 and has been replaced by Returned 

Other

This status will only be valid for the oldest orders in 2018 and has been replaced by Returned

 

Sales detail - the sale overview screen 

The sale overview screen will provide you with all the relevant information about the sale. This will include where applicable the return due dates, commission rates, penalty structure and detailed financial breakdown.

If you have opted in for the stock request flow. You will have been provided with an opt in date. Products shipped after that date will be eligible for the noon sales promise

Service level type 

The service level will determine the noon return promise date for each sale. There are currently three types of SLA legacy, standard and difficult. See below for more information on the return promises  

Product type 

The product type will be used to determine your commission rate and your penalty structure payments. See below for more information on penalty structures

Commission type

The commission type will be either Crossdock (FBP) or FBN. This along with your product type will determine the commission rate

Commission rate

The percentage commission applied on your sales 

Fee discount or promotion 

If there is a fee promotion or discount applicable for this sale it will be displayed here 

The statement breakdown

 The statement breakdown provides you with the exact breakdown of how your net payment is calculated based on the price you updated in Seller Lab.

Sales detail - viewing the payment history for a sale 

In the payment history view partners can view all previous and currently due payments for a particular item. The statement breakdown in each case will also show the changes from the previous statement.
