How can I track my RTV shipments and notifications?

Tracking your Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments is critical to ensuring efficient inventory management and resolving any potential issues. By actively monitoring your RTV shipments, you can keep track of inventory movement, address discrepancies like missing returns, and stay informed about delivery or collection updates.

Why is RTV Tracking Important?

Accurate RTV tracking helps you:
  1. Monitor the status of inventory movements.
  2. Address discrepancies by notifying noon about missing returns.
  3. Stay updated about shipments requiring immediate action.

noon provides email notifications to inform you of any RTV shipments that are ready for delivery or collection from their hubs. Additionally, you can learn more about the RTV policy and process for FBN.

How to Track RTV Shipments?

You can track all RTV shipments and notifications directly through the Transfers page in Seller Lab. The Transfers page organizes RTV shipments into three main sections based on their status:
1. Need Attention
This section includes RTV shipments that require immediate action, such as:
    • Failed delivery attempts.

    • Pending pickups.

2. In Progress
This tab contains reminders for:
    • Shipments ready for collection.
    • Shipments scheduled for delivery.

3. Done
This section tracks RTV shipments that have been:
    • Collected or delivered.
    • Marked as returned, lost, or confiscated.
