How can I track my RTV shipments and notifications?

Tracking your Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments is of utmost importance. Accurate and frequent RTV tracking enables you to monitor your inventory movement, tally your data, and take action in terms of notifying noon of missing returns, accepting your RTV shipments, etc. noon will notify you via email whenever you have returns shipments for delivery or collection from our hubs. You can also track all your RTV shipments and notifications using the Returns page on Seller Lab. This page shows you details of all RTVs in three sections depending on the the RTV status:

  • Need attention: RTV shipments that need your action immediately such as failed delivery attempts, pending pick-ups, etc. 
  • Done: all the return shipments which have either been collected, delivered, lost, returned or confiscated.
  • In progress:  all other reminders (Ready for Collection/delivery shipments) are in this tab. 
Note: RTV shipments created before June 14th, 2021 can be accessed by
clicking
Warehouse > Transfer >  Return > RTV (Old).

How can I access the RTV tracking page?

  • In Warehouse> click Transfers > then Returns and you will find the new option Returns

Under Returns check each of the following tab to stay up to date with all your RTV movements:

  • Need attention: RTV shipments that need your action immediately such as failed delivery attempts, pending pick-ups, etc. 
  • Done: all the return shipments which have either been collected, delivered, lost, returned or confiscated.
  • In progress:  all other reminders (Ready for Collection/delivery shipments) are in this tab.

The following statuses will apply to your RTV shipments depending on the stage they are in:

Status nameDefinition 
Collected
When the package is collected by the seller from the service point.
Delivered
When the package has been delivered to the seller's warehouse by the delivery agent.
Confiscated
When the shipment is confiscated.
Returned
When the shipment is returned back to noon warehouse.
Ready for Collection
When the shipment is ready for collection from the service point.
Out for Delivery
When the shipment is with the Delivery Agent for delivery to the seller's warehouse.
Created
When the shipment is handed from warehouse to the logistics.
Received in Hub
When the shipment is received at one of noon’s logistics hubs.
Preparing for Delivery Attempt
When the shipment leaves the logistics hub for the destination hub.
Ready for Delivery Attempt
When the shipment reaches the destination hub. The shipment will be delivered by the delivery agent from the destination hub.
Lost
When the package is lost in the logistics system.
Delivery Attempt Unsuccessful
When there is a failed delivery attempt and the package comes back to the destination hub.

You will be able to see the package details by clicking the View button.
