How to use and make changes to your products on catalog listing page?

The catalog listing page provides a lot of information about the product and its health. In this article, we’ll explain how to use the listing page to advance your selling experience at noon.

- Go to the Seller Lab > Catalog > Partner Catalog.



You’ll see the following columns on the listing page: 

  • SKU details: shows one image (if loaded properly), the title and the brand of the item. This also includes the PSKU and SKU
  • Price: is your regular and sale price. 
  • Fees: It shows the estimation of fees that will be charged.
  • Stock: is your aggregate FBN and FBP stocks. 
  • Performance: This shows the performance of the SKU on the basis of views, units sold and the sales done in the past 30 days.
  • SKU Active Status: displays whether the SKU is active or inactive. 
  • Visibility: This shows if the SKU is live or not live on the platform and the issues why the SKU is not live.



How can I change my price and stock directly from the listing page? 

You can easily update you price and stock directly from the listing page by following these simple steps.

Price update: 

To update prices, you just need to follow these simple steps:

- Click Edit under the Price column. A pop-up will appear on the screen which allows you to change and update your price details.



- In the pop-up that appears, you can update the pricing method, price of the SKU, sale price, and the sale start and end date. Once the details are updated, click on Save changes to reflect the changes.


Stock update:

When you’re updating your FBP stock, make sure you change it for the correct warehouse if you are using multiple warehouses to stock this product. If you are using FBN model you can create an ASN to transfer the stock. You can easily update the stock by following these simple steps:

- Click Edit under the Stock column. A pop-up will appear on the screen, which allows you to change and update your stock details or create an ASN request depending on you selling model



What are the filters available on the catalog page?

You will also find the option to sort the SKU on various filters available on this page.

- You will notice a filter that refines the SKUs on this page based on the performance of the SKU. The performance includes the sales, product views, and the units sold.



 - You will also see some additional filters, such as the SKU status, whether it is live or not live, offer issue, which shows the SKUs that are not live due to some offer concern, stock status, whether the SKU is in stock or out of stock, and additional filters under All Filters. You can also save applied filters to create a Filter view and save it for future use.



- You can also export the details on this page with or without applying the filter and export the data as an Excel file by using the Export option.



Other actions you can take on this page

- You have an option to copy the PSKU or SKU number by using the copy option right next the SKU number.



- You can also hover your mouse over the (i) button to check the fees breakdown and the estimated charges. 




- You can activate the SKU using this toggle button. 




- You can also click on View Issues to check the reason why the SKU is not live. A pop-up will appear on the screen when you can check the reason and fix the issue to take the product live.
