Seller SKU Content Export and Translation

Seller SKU Content Export and Translation

The Seller SKU Content Export feature allows you to download, modify, and update all content (in English and Arabic) for any Partner SKU. This feature provides a quick way to make bulk edits or add translations, making it easier to manage content updates through Seller Lab.

Once you create your Seller SKUs through the Single SKU or bulk workflow, you will need to create the same content translation to complete the requirement to submit your content for approval.

To be able to update the content or to add the translation for the other language that you did not initially upload, you will have a very quick and efficient way on your Seller Lab page.

Key Steps for Exporting and Updating SKU Content

- Login to your Seller Lab, then click  Catalog, then go to Import

- Then click on Add Imports

- Build your import by selecting type as Content, then in the subtype choose Content Export. Click Download Template to get the template spreadsheet.

- Fill the sheet with the Partner SKU for which you want to update the content in bulk, and then save the file.

- Then, click on Next to proceed to the import screen.

Notes

Note: Make sure you provide the Partner SKUs (names you assigned to your SKUs when you created them) and not some other identifier

- Upload the sheet and click on Submit.

- Once uploaded, you will get the content export report. Click on the Export Report to download it.

- In the exported file, you can work on updating the field which are empty and then save the file.
WarningNote: Department is a mandatory field for the Fashion category starting from 2nd June 2026. Please ensure you update the field if you are selling the relevant categories to avoid SKUs going offline.

Now you have your content export, what you need to do next?

You can use it to just get an overview of your content, but the most common use case is to update the content for the particular SKU. The content templates that were downloaded are the same as the bulk template for creating multiple products at the same time.  You can simply make any changes to the content or add any content, such as add a new attribute or add an image, directly to the files you just downloaded and upload it again through the Seller Lab.

- Once you make the content changes, go to Catalog, then My Catalog.

- Then click on Add New, then select Create multiple products. Skip the template download. Once you’re at the page to upload your products, upload the same file that you downloaded through the export and then update.

- Then import your sheet. For more information click here

That's it!
