How to enroll your SKUs for Virtual Bundles?
To help our sellers grow their business and boost visibility, we’ve continuously introduced a variety of promotions, deals, and coupons that enable sellers to participate in exciting campaigns—driving more customers and increasing sales.
As part of this ongoing effort, we’re excited to introduce Virtual Bundles — a new feature that allows you to offer discounts on grouped SKUs without changing your inventory setup. With Virtual Bundles, you can easily run bundle offers to increase your customers’ basket size, without the need to create or manage physical bundles.
In this article, we will cover how you can create these virtual bundles and benefit out of it.
How to create the Virtual Bundles in a single upload?
To create the virtual bundles, you can follow these simple steps.
- Click on Promotions, and then click on Virtual bundles.
- You will be redirected to the Virtual Bundle guide page. This page provides a brief overview of what a virtual bundle is and its eligibility criteria. To create a bundle, click on the Create Virtual Bundle button
- In the next step, you are requested to select the SKU that you want to add to a bundle. You can select the SKUs, and it will move to the right side. To proceed further, click Next.
Note: You can add a maximum upto 10 SKUs in a single bundle.
- In the next step, you need to provide a name to the bundle in the Bundle SKU space. Add the quantity for each SKU you want to show in the bundle. Then click on Submit to create a bundle.
- A pop-up will appear, and you can click on Submit to update the changes. You will get a confirmation that your changes have been updated and will reflect once you refresh the page.
- The bundle will be created and you need you updated the offer details of the bundle.
- Update the pricing information and then click on Save Changes.

How to update your bundle content for an individual bundle?
- In the next step, click on the Content tab and click on Edit button to update the Product Fulltype.
- You will be redirected to the page where you need to select the Category. You can either select the category by searching it or enter the PDP URL for a similar product to select the category. Then click on Save.
- You will be redirected to the content page, where you need to update the content that is requested.
- You can proceed by filling in the mandatory information, which is the title. However, we recommend that you provide additional content as well if it's available. Then click on Save Changes
- A pop-up appears to confirm the changes. Click on Submit to proceed.
- You will get a confirmation that your changes have been updated and will reflect once you refresh the page.
- Once the bundle is up and live, it will appear on the platform as shown in the screenshot below. You can click on the combo section to have a pop-up that shows the original price of these SKUs. At the bottom, you will see the price of the SKU after the discount.
How to create the Virtual Bundle in Bulk?
You will also have an option to create the bundles in bulk. In order to create the bundle in bulk, follow these simple steps.
- On the Virtual Bundle guide page, click on Imports.
- You will be redirected to the Virtual Bundle import page, where click on the hyperlink as shown in the image to download the bulk upload template.
- In the Excel file that is downloaded, you need to fill in the bundle SKU, which is the name of the bundle, the quantity for the SKU in the bundle, the partner SKU and whether SKU is primary or not. If its primary just enter 1 in the relevant cell in excel.
- You also have an option of Help to get information of how the sheet needs to be filled.
- This will open a pop-up indicating the key important steps and requirement to have a successful sheet upload.
- Once you fill up the sheet, go back to Seller Lab and upload the file. Then click on Submit.
- Once the sheet is successfully uploaded, you can see the status of the upload if you scroll down in the same page.
- For the further process, you can search for the bundle SKU in the My Catalog and click on it to fill in the rest of the details. Refer to this section to see how to fill in the details in a single upload.
How to update your bundle content in bulk?
In this section, we will understand how to update the content for the bundle in bulk upload. You can proceed using the following steps.
- Click on Catalog then click on My Catalog.
- The click on Add Products and select Create Multiple Products option.
-Select the category for which you want to fill up the content and then download the template in the language as per your preference.
- An Excel file is downloaded, and you need to fill up the Brand name, Product title in English, Product title in Arabic, and the Partner SKU, which is the Bundle SKU. Save the file.
- In the Import page, click on Next to proceed.
- Upload the file you saved and then click on Submit.
- Once the sheet is successfully uploaded, you can see the file under the NIS & Bulk Product Imports section. If there are not errors, it means the content for the bundle is correctly updated.
