Virtual Inbox on Seller Lab
To help sellers manage their communications more efficiently, a new feature has been introduced in Seller Lab. With this update, sellers can now view their official emails directly within the Seller Lab. This will help us ensure you are notified about all the updates from time to time with more visibility.
In this article, we will give you the instructions on how this feature can be used.
- You can see an Envelope button on the top-right corner of the Seller Lab screen. Click on this Envelope.
- A drop- down appears on the screen showing you the 5 most recent emails you received from noon. At the bottom of this drop-down, you will see an option called View All Messages.
- This will redirect you to the Inbox Dashboard on the Seller Lab.
- You can click on any mail, and the full message will preview on the right side of the screen.
- You also have a filter option to sort the unread emails.
