The Store Dashboard in Seller Lab provides a comprehensive snapshot of your business performance on noon. Designed to highlight key metrics and urgent tasks, this centralized hub allows you to monitor your growth and take immediate action on what matters most for your seller journey.
Located at the top of your dashboard, the Store Performance section offers a high-level summary of your business health through several key metrics:
Sales: This section displays your total sales from yesterday compared to your 30-day average. An interactive graph tracks your sales trends over the last month.
Ad Sales & Ad Spend: If you are enrolled in noon Ads, you can see your total Ad sales from yesterday, and the percentage of your overall sales that came from Ads. For a more granular view of your campaign performance, click the arrow button to access the Ad Manager.
Units Sold: This section displays the total number of units sold across your entire product catalog from the previous day. To help you gauge performance, it compares yesterday's sales volume against your 30-day average.
Product Impressions: This section tracks how many times customers viewed your products yesterday. It serves as a primary indicator of your store's visibility and traffic on the platform.
Conversion Rate: This section measures the percentage of total glance views (product clicks) divided by your units sold, comparing yesterday's performance against your 30-day average.
Live SKUs: This section displays the total number of products currently visible to customers, including a breakdown of Express SKUs (those carrying the noon express tag) and supermall SKUs (SKUs live on supermall).
Pro Tip: Hovering over most performance cards will reveal a button to dive deeper into the Vantage Analytics tool or the Ad Manager.
Service & Quality Metrics
Maintaining high service standards is critical for visibility and customer trust.
Seller Rating: This section displays a weighted average of your customer reviews. Recent feedback carries more weight, directly impacting your Buy Box eligibility. Click See More to access the Reputation Management tool.
Pending Orders (FBP): For Fulfilled by Partner (FBP) sellers, this card tracks orders that have been placed but not yet delivered. It provides a breakdown of:
- FBP Unshipped: Orders not yet dispatched.
- FBP Pending: Orders awaiting processing from the seller.
Item Defect Rate (IDR): Your IDR represents the percentage of defective items in comparison to your total orders. It is calculated based on:
- Negative Feedback: Orders with a seller rating of 2 stars or lower.
- Seller Controllable Returns (SCRs): Items returned due to being wrong, defective, used, or expired.
