The noon-Funded Deal Program is designed to keep your products competitive in the marketplace. When noon identifies a pricing opportunity, we may temporarily lower the customer-facing price while ensuring you still receive your full submitted price for each sale.

What is a noon-funded deal?

It is a promotional tool where noon subsidizes the cost of a discount. We adjust the price for the customer to drive more interest, but the investment is made entirely by noon—at no cost to you. 

How does it work?

When a product is enrolled in a noon-funded deal:
  1. Price Adjustment: Your product’s price to customers may be reduced to match competitive market rates.
  2. Full Payout: You are still invoiced and paid based on your original submitted price for every unit sold.
  3. noon Covers the Gap: We pay the difference between your price and the discounted price shown to the customer.
  4. Fully Funded: This promotion is 100% funded by noon; your margins remain protected.

Why does noon offer this program?

We aim to drive higher sales volume by making your products more attractive to price-sensitive customers. By subsidizing these prices, noon increases your products' visibility and conversion rates, leading to higher overall sales for your business.
