Seller Registration Process


Selling on noon can open up new avenues for your business and connect you with a wide range of potential customers. Seller registration is a simple three-step process.
To ensure a smooth start, we've outlined the steps you need to follow to kickstart your selling journey.

Step 1: Creating An Organization ID

  1. Sign Up: Click the ‘Register Now’ button on this page, which will take you to the Organization ID creation page. On the next page, click on 'Sign Up'.
  2. Email Verification: Confirm your email by entering the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email. Provide the display name as well.
  3. Phone Verification: Verify your phone number by entering the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your mobile device. Sellers can use a phone number from any country when signing up and creating their Org ID.

  4. Organization Name: Choose a unique organization name for identification (not visible to customers). Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll receive your unique Project ID, allowing you to proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Setting Up Your Noon Store

Once you have the Project ID ready, you can create the store on the Seller Lab. Here’s how:

Navigate to Store Creation:
    • After creating your Organization ID, you’ll be directed to the Available Services page. Click on 'Start Selling' under sell on noon.com.




  1. Fill up your Store Details:

    • Select the Country where you wish to sell (UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Egypt).

    • Then select the country from the drop-down where your country is registered. Then click on Continue.




    • Enter your Display Name (in English and Arabic), which will be visible to customers. You will also see the email and phone number you have registered. Click on Continue to proceed.




    • You will be requested to fill out some more information about your business, such as your prior experience in online selling, the types of products you want to sell, etc. This is an optional step. You can fill the details or just click on Skip and Finish to continue.




    • This will redirect to the Seller Guide, where you will see the option to Submit your legal entity. Click on the Get Started button to start your documentation process.




NotesCode of conduct for Store Name on noon sites:
1. Store/ Display name should not be any brand /registered /approved names
used by any firm or organization or entity. For example: noon, Adidas, EMAAR.
2. Display name(store name) should not be a website/email address.
3. Display name (store name) must have a decent meaning and should not affect
Sharia, other religions, nor harm public interests or sentiments.
It's essential to submit documents for the verification of your legally registered entity. Please refer to the provided list of required documents. You have the flexibility to create multiple Legal Entities utilizing your Organization ID, provided distinct Trade Licenses are available for each Legal Entity. This equates to one Legal Entity per Trade License.

You can create your Legal Entity by following these simple steps.

  1. Accessing Legal Entity Creation page: You will have two methods to access the LE creation page

    • Once you click on Get Started in the previous step, you will be redirected to the LE page.

    • Or after creating your Noon store, you can click on Store settings on the home page, then click on Legal and payment option. Then click on ‘ + Add New’ under Legal and Payment section.

  2. Select Country:

    • Confirm the country where your business is registered, then click Next Step.

  3. Enter Legal Entity Details:

    • Registration Authority: Choose from the dropdown. If unavailable, select ‘Others’

                        and email a copy of your Trade License to seller@noon.com.

    • Other Details:

      • License number

      • Company name and address

      • License issue and expiry dates

      • Optional: List of permitted activities per your Trade License

    • Upload a copy of your Trade License and click ‘Create Legal Entity’.

Your Legal Entity will be set to "Draft" status initially.

If you continue in the same login session, you’ll proceed to the Legal Entity Details page. However, if you log out or return later, please note that your legal entity might be incomplete. To complete your entity, follow the steps below to ensure it’s correctly submitted for approval.

To Complete Your Legal Entity:

1. Add Tax Details:

    • Click Add Tax Details:
      • Choose the Country in which you’ll be selling.
      • Select your Taxation Status (VAT Registered or Non-VAT Registered).

    • If VAT Registered: Provide your VAT details, upload the VAT Registration Certificate, and click Add Tax Details.

    • If Non-VAT Registered: Simply select this option and confirm by clicking Add Tax Details.

Notes
As an Egyptian seller, you will also be required to provide information
on your Tax Card and upload a copy of the same, regardless of the VAT
Registration status.

2- Add Authorized Signatory Details: 

You will need to provide details of the Authorized Signatories of your Legal Entity.
  1. Click Add Authorized Signatory and fill in the required fields. Ensure the Authorized Signatory name matches the Trade License:
  2. If the name matches: Select Yes and confirm.
  3. If it does not match: Select No, upload a Power of Attorney document, and confirm.
  4. Once all sections are filled, click Submit for Approval to complete the submission. and then confirm by clicking on Start Approval.
  5. The status of your legal entity will show Submitted for approval.
  6. Legal entity approval can take up to 24-48 working hours.

Approval Process and Outcomes

Your submission will be reviewed by Noon’s team, and you’ll be notified via email of the result:
You’ll receive an approval email.



- Link Legal Entity to Your Store:
    • In the Partner Platform homepage, you will find an option called Select Legal Entity.

    • In the pop- up that appears, select the approved LE and then click on Continue.








- Accept Terms & Conditions:
    • Once the LE is approved and linked you will see the option to sign the T&C's. Click on the Continue button.

    • Select the Authorized Signatory’s name, click Proceed to Signing.

    • Accept the Terms & Conditions, then click on Sign Agreement.

    • A pop-up appears showing that the agreement is signed successfully.










    • LE eligibility check - If your commercial registration does include activities such as Sales, Trading, Manufacturing, or Distribution/Wholesale, LE eligibility approval can take up to 24-48 working hours.


    • Once complete, you’re ready to start listing products on Noon by clicking on Get Started.



You’ll receive an email with the rejection reason.

To correct the errors, you can follow these steps 
  1. Once the Legal Entity is rejected, you will see the issue under the Seller Guide.
  2. Click on Fix Issue to rectify the issue and submit the LE for approval. 

  1. A pop-up appears, which shows the rejection reason. You can click on Update the existing Legal Entity or Create a new Legal Entity button to fix the issue. 


  1. If you click on the Update option, you will be redirected to the Legal entity showing the reasons for rejection. 


  1. Once the issues are fixed, you can click on Submit for approval to resubmit the LE for apporval
