Fulfilled by Noon (FBN) Fees in UAE - Refurbished & Renewed
This Fulfilled by noon (FBN) service annex incorporates and is governed by the Seller Terms and Conditions. The combination of the Seller Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this service annex shall together constitute the contract between the parties.
Starting July 1st, 2023 the following
fees will apply to all your Fulfilled by noon (FBN) items.
Note:
All fees are exclusive of VAT, and will be charged per unit based on the
dimensions and weight of the product.

I.
Default Fees
1. Referral fees
For each sold product, we shall charge a referral fees based on the selling price and the product category as detailed in the below table. The referral fees are exclusive of VAT.

2. FBN
Outbound fees
A fee that applies to each unit that
is shipped to a customer. The value of the FBN outbound fee is based on a

3. Monthly Storage Fees
A monthly fee that applies to each
item that is stored in a noon fulfillment center. The fee is calculated based
on the size of the item in cubic feet* and the number of storage days.

II. Circumstantial fees
Circumstantial Fees are fees imposed on sellers by noon for specific conditions or events related to inventory and sales.
These fees include long-term storage, non-saleable item storage, warranty claims, miscellaneous irregularities, and retention penalties for
non-compliance with local laws and policies.
1. Long term storage
A fee applicable to each item stored
in a noon fulfillment center in the aging bucket of more than 365 days.

2. Non-Saleable Item storage Fee
This fee applies to non-saleable
inventory stored in noon fulfillment centers for an aging bucket of more that
30 days. (Effective September 1st,2023)

3.
Warranty Fees (WNTY)
A charge for warranty claims made by
the customers which the seller couldn't fulfill as per the local law and noon's
policies
4.
Retention Penalty fees (RETP)
The Retention Penalty Fee (RETP) is charged to the seller to compensate our customers for grievances arising from non-adherence to local laws and our policies. These grievances can be due to, but are not limited to, items that are missing parts/accessories, counterfeit, damaged, defective, used, expired, not matching the product listing, or having pricing errors.
5. Miscellaneous Fees (MISC)
An amount charged to the seller for any irregular occurrences that they may cause, which engender grievances to our customer, or/ and against the local laws and noon policies , such as counterfeit penalties.

FBN Inventory Removal Fee
Free
of charge until September 1st, 2022
A fee that applies to each unit that is shipped back to you at your request. The inventory removal fee is either based on the product’s volumetric weight, or the product’s physical weight, whichever is higher and varies depending on the collection method.
