Order processing flow
Once the integration warehouse is created, the order processing will be done as mentioned below.
- noon gets the order from the customer, and the order details are shared with the integrator through an API. The integrator then shares the order details with the seller to confirm if the item is available and the seller can fulfill it.
- Seller acknowledges confirming the order to the integrator,
- In the next step, the integrator creates the shipment and shares those shipment details to noon through an API.
- Now the seller will pack the order in noon packing material and print the shipment details they got from the integrator and stick it to the order.
- Once the order is packed, noon will collect the shipment based on the handover preference you selected while creating the integration warehouse.
