How to Update Your Inventory
Maintaining accurate stock levels is crucial for a successful seller experience on noon. This guide walks you through the process of updating your inventory via the Globalship Portal to ensure your products remain live and ready for orders.
1. Access the Portal
2. Secure Login
- Email: Enter the official email address registered with your noon seller account.
- OTP: A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to that email. Enter it to log in.
- Support: If you do not receive the OTP, please contact your noon Account Manager for assistance.
3. Navigate to Stock Upload
Once you have logged in, you will find the Stock option on the navigation menu to the left-hand side of the dashboard. Click on the Stock tab to access the inventory management interface.
4. Prepare Your Stock File
You must upload your stock updates using a structured file.
- You can click on the Download Template button and create an Excel or Google Sheets file with the following exact specifications:
Column Name | Requirement | Description |
| partner_sku | Mandatory | Your unique product identifier. |
| stock_gross | Mandatory | The total physical units available. |
Important Formatting Rules
File Format: Save your file as a CSV (.csv).
Accuracy: Ensure the partner_sku matches your catalog exactly.
5. Upload Your Inventory
- Upload: Select your prepared CSV file, then click Upload.
- Select Warehouse: Choose your warehouse from the dropdown menu (usually, only one default warehouse will appear). Then click on Submit to process your request.

6. Review the Results
After the upload is complete, the portal will display a status message. It is important to verify this immediately:
- SUCCESS: All stock rows were uploaded correctly. Your inventory is now live.
- PARTIAL SUCCESS: Some rows failed. Action Required: Download the provided "Error File" to see which SKUs did not update and the reason why.
- FAILED: The entire file was rejected. Action Required: Check that your column names are exactly partner_sku and stock_gross and ensure the file is in CSV format.
Once you receive the SUCCESS message, your updated stock levels will reflect on noon immediately, allowing customers to purchase your products based on the new quantities.
That’s it!
