The Express tag is a mark of trust that signals reliability and speed to your customers. By shipping orders directly from your warehouse via the Express program, you can earn higher placement on noon, increase store visibility, and grow your business faster.
1. Accessing your Express Program.
You can access the Express Program setup through the Seller Lab following these simple steps:
- Go to Fulfilled by Partner then click on Directship.
- In the left-hand navigation bar, click on the Express Program icon (marked with a "New" tag).
- You will be redirected to the express program to explore the dashboard.
2. Running the baseline eligiblity
Before running a diagnostic, your account must meet three foundational setup requirements.
- Click on the Check Eligibilty button to run the baseline checks.
These check include the following:
- Warehouse Type: You must have an active directship_v2 warehouse.
- FBP History: You must have been fulfilling orders through FBP (Fulfilled by Partner) for at least 30 days.
- Order Volume: A minimum of 30 FBP orders processed in the last 30 days.
Note: These baseline checks change according to current business needs, and those numbers aren't final.
Once you pass the baseline checks, click on Next Step to proceed.
noon reviews your recent performance from the account health page for measuring your performance. To be "Eligible," you must meet the following targets:

- If all your performance indicators are good you will get a pass tag next to each performance indicator and you can click on Next to continue.
Note: If any one of the performance indicator is not up to the mark, you will not find an option to continue further.
4. Submitting your request for Express Program Registration
If you are eligible, you will be prompted to register your warehouse. You need to follow these simple steps to submit your request.
- Select Warehouse: Choose your active directship_v2 or FBPI warehouse. Once you select the warehouse, click on Continue.
- Processing Time: Select your processing time. This is the time you need to process your order. (e.g., 2 Hours). Once you select the processing time click on Continue to proceed
- Daily Capacity: Set the maximum number of Express orders you can handle daily. Click on Continue to proceed further.
Note: noon will pause the tag if you exceed this to protect your metrics.
- Days-Off: Select your weekly off-days or choose No Days-Off. Then click on Apply to move to the next step.
- Then you click on Continue to proceed with the submission.
5. Review and Submission
Application Summary
On the Review & Confirm page, carefully check your Project ID, Warehouse Mode, and Capacity. This is your final chance to edit details before the noon team reviews your request.
Final Confirmation & "The Fine Print"
Upon clicking submit, in the confirmation pop-up that appears. By checking "I confirm," you agree to the following Express standards and then click on Submit.
- Order Cut-Off & Handover Time: The order cut-off time and handover time vary from area to area and depend on the warehouse type (bulky and non-bulky).
- Tag Maintenance: You must maintain an Out of Stock Rate less than or equal to 2% and a Handover on Time rate greater than of equal to 97%.
- Subsidy: A 2% Express subsidy applies only to orders placed after your warehouse is officially approved and enrolled.
6. Monitoring Your Application
After submission, your status will change to Pending Review.
- Review timeline: The noon team typically reviews applications within 5-7 business days.
- Notifications: You will receive an update via email and your status will be updated directly in the Express Program tab.
7. Managing Your Express Program
Once your application is submitted (or live), you can use the Program Actions and Need Help dropdowns to:
- Submit New Application: To enroll additional warehouses for the express program
- Exit Program: If you wish to opt out of Express.
- Get Support: Quickly access the Help Center or Submit a Ticket if you face technical issues.
