Fulfilled by noon (FBN) is a selling model that allows you to store your products in noon’s customer fulfillment centers (CFC). If you choose FBN as your selling model, noon will manage your inventory and customer orders, shipping orders directly to customers on your behalf. noon will also take care of customer queries and returns.
Onsite all FBN items are listed as ‘noon Express’ allowing customers to filter them by this tag. FBN is popular with customers as it promises shipping within 24-hours of purchase.
What do I have to do with my products in FBN?
noon Express products are completely fulfilled by noon. All you have to do is pack your products in correctly and ship them to our fulfillment center, then you leave the rest to us.
You will have complete control over the listing and pricing of your products via the Seller Lab.
What else does the FBN/noon Express selling model do for me?
Choose FBN as your selling model and we’ll run quality checks on the products and safely store your inventory at our fulfillment center. We’ll ship your orders directly from our fulfillment center to customers within 24-hours of when they make a purchase. We’ll handle all customer queries regarding your product and we will process your payments automatically on a weekly basis when the value of the weekly payment statement is greater than or equal to AED 1000. Otherwise, if the total weekly payment is less than AED 1000 then we’ll process your payment once a month, regardless of its value, even if it’s below AED 1000.
