Multiple Login Channels - Supply Chain App

The "Supply Chain External App" offers a streamlined method for managing orders, ensuring product quality, and handling returns directly from your smartphone. This guide details the various login options available, ensuring easy access through your preferred method.
Note: Supply Chain App is only compatible with Android phones and tablets and and can be downloaded from our App Center.

Login Options:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

  • SMS

  • QR Code

A. Log In With WhatsApp

  • Step 1: Choose “Continue with WhatsApp” on the login screen.

  • Step 2: Input your registered WhatsApp number and continue.

  • Step 3: You'll be redirected to WhatsApp; send the pre-filled "new_otp" message.

  • Step 4: Input the received OTP code for verification.

    • Note: Make sure your mobile number is registered in the seller lab under the Users section.

B. Log In With Your Email

  • Step 1: Select “Continue with email” on the login screen.

  • Step 2: Enter your registered email ID and proceed.

  • Step 3: Receive an OTP code via email.

  • Step 4: Enter the OTP code for verification.

    • Note: Ensure your email is registered in the seller lab under the Users section.

C. Log In With Your Phone Number (SMS)

  • Step 1: Tap “Continue with Phone” on the login screen.

  • Step 2: Enter your registered mobile number and continue.

  • Step 3: An OTP will be sent via SMS.

  • Step 4: Input the OTP code for verification.

    • Note: Verify your mobile number is registered in the seller lab under the Users section.

D. Log In With A QR Code

  • Requirements: User Code and Warehouse/Facility Code.

  • Step 1: Select “Scan to log in” on the login screen.

  • Step 2: Scan your User QR code and Facility QR code.

    • Generating QR Codes:

      • For User QR Code: Navigate to “Warehouse” > “Users” in Seller Lab, click (...), then “QR code”.

      • For Facility QR Code: In Seller Lab, go to “Warehouse” > “Facility Config”, then click (...) for “Generate QR code”.

How To Generate New QR Codes?

1. Generating your “User QR code”
-   in Seller Lab, click “User & access”, then click “Project Users

-  Click on Edit button, and in the user setting enable the QR code login option.The QR code will be visible.
-  Scan
QR Code and Download for future use


2. Generating your “facility QR Code”
- in Seller Lab, click “User & access”, then click “Facility Login Config

- Select the Warehouse you want to login with
- Click
(...) then “Generate QR code

- Scan QR Code and Download for future use

Application Updates & Features

Updating to the latest version of the Supply Chain External App is crucial for accessing new features, including:

  • Switching between accounts and warehouses.

  • A simpler user interface.

  • Grouped options for easier navigation.

  • Improved access to app functionalities.

Switching Between Accounts and Warehouses

  • Accounts: If a single mobile number is linked to multiple accounts, select your desired account upon logging in.

  • Warehouses: Tap “Switch Facility” to choose from the list of warehouses under your account.


Note: incase the mobile app isn't working you can process the order by changing the platform from mobile to web, and then follow the steps of processing orders via Seller Lab.

Note: Sellers using DS App are allowed to login on multiple devices using different login IDs and process orders at the same time.
