How to Access Your Statements?
Getting to your financial data is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

- You will be redirected to the Statement page to view all your statements.

Understanding Transaction Statuses
As you review your statements log, you will encounter different transaction types. Here is what they mean for your account:

Transaction TypeDescription
StatementA list of proceeds from sales and applicable fees for a specific period; the total represents the amount due to you.
Statement VATDisplays the VAT payable for your invoiced statements.
PayoutConfirms that funds have been successfully transferred from noon to your registered bank account.
Expected PayoutIndicates the upcoming payment amount you can expect to receive in your account.
Balance TransferWhen noon transfers your balance from one contract to another, it will show as Balance Transfer.
How to Use the Statements Page?
The Statements page is designed to give you full control over your financial data through several interactive features:

Filter and Search: You can adjust the date range to view transactions for a specific period (the default is the last month). You can also filter transactions by a specific Contract. You can also use the search bar to find a transaction using its unique reference number quickly.

Analyze Financial Insights: The dashboard shows the details of your transaction based on your Contract, Reference Number, Date of the transaction, and type of transaction. It further shows your financials into four clear columns, i.e., Net_proceeds (gross sales), Fees (deductions), Others (miscellaneous fees, payouts, and VAT), and the Total after all the deductions.

View Deep-Dive Details: By clicking the action button at the end of a row, you can click on this button to view more information

  1. For Statements: View a complete breakdown of fees and download a comprehensive report of all transactions within that statement by clicking on Download. In the next step, click on Export to download an excel file.

  1. For Statement VAT: View the associated statement or click "View Invoices and Credit Notes" to be redirected to a tax invoice download.

Expand for Specifics: If you see a small arrow next to a fee, click it to see exactly what makes up that total. This helps you understand the "why" behind your charges without any guesswork

Export Reports: Once you have set your desired date range, click the Download button located next to the filters. In the next step, select Export to generate an Excel file. This comprehensive report provides a structured format of your transaction data, making it an ideal tool for your internal financial audits and reconciliation.

View Country-Specific Information: If you sell across multiple regions, you can easily switch between your financial views using the Country Switcher located at the bottom-left corner of the page.

 That’s it!
