Accessing Catalog Using the New Catalog Tool


Efficient catalog management is essential for maximizing sales and keeping product information up to date. The New Catalog Tool simplifies this process, allowing sellers to easily view and update prices, stock levels, and offers across all business models from a single, centralized platform.

This guide will walk you through how to use the new tool and make the most of its features. 

Accessing the New catalog Tool 

  1. Log in to Seller Lab

    • Go to the Seller Lab homepage and click on "Catalog" and then " Partner Catalog"

  1. Open the New Catalog Page

    • Click the Blue Button on the catalog page to access the New Catalog tool.

    • Alternatively, from the home page scroll down to the Supermall section and click on "Manage Supermall Offers."

  1. View Different Fulfillment Types

    • You can see different catalog views for:

      • FBN (Fulfilled by Noon)

      • FBP (Fulfilled by Partner)

      • Supermall Offers

Managing Your Products

  • Editing Prices

    • Click the "Edit" button next to the price field.

    • Update the price details and click "Save Changes."

  • Updating Stock Levels

    • Click the "Edit" button next to the stock field.

    • Modify stock details and save changes.

NotesNote : you can update the stock information only for the FBP view. As for the FBN and
the
supermall you'll follow the process of transferring the stock using the
ASN Process.

  • Using Filters for Search Optimization

    • Use the filter option to refine your search results and find specific products quickly.

Sellers can filter the FBN and the FBP offers based on:

  • Live / Not Live (SKU Status)

  • Not Live Reasons (Offer Issues)

  • In Stock / Out of Stock (Stock Status)

  • Brand & Product Type

  • QC status

  • Active / Inactive (Seller Status)

And as for the supermall:

  • Live / Not Live (SKU Status)

  • Not Live Reasons (Offer Issues)

  • In Stock / Out of Stock (Stock Status)

  • SKU Participation

  • QC status

  • Brand & Product Type

  • Active / Inactive (Seller Status)


  • Sellers can also view saved filters under Filter Views.

  • Managing Offers & SKUs

    • Click on the "Action" button to:

      • Edit offer details.

      • Deactivate/Activate an SKU.

Notes
Note: If the seller deactivates/activates the SKU, it will reflect also across FBN, FBP, and supermall.


 Removing Products from the Supermall Catalog

  • To  Turn off SKU Participation from Supermall, use the toggle button next to the SKU.

 Understanding Fees

For each business model, the tool provides an estimate of applicable fees:

  1. FBN & Supermall tabs: Shows an estimate of Referral Fees, FBN Outbound Fees, and  FBN Monthly Storage Fee per unit of the SKU.
  2. FBP tab: Currently displays Referral Fees only. Work is in progress to include Directship Fees.
  3. Important: These values are estimates, and the actual fees charged may slightly differ.

Additional Features

  • Export Catalog Data

    • You can download catalog details by clicking "Export" to generate an Excel file (gives filtered results).

  • Raising a Support Ticket

    • Click on the support ticket button, select the issue details, and submit your query for assistance.

  • Submitting Feedback

    • Use the feedback form to share your suggestions or report any issues with catalog management.
