FBN Fees and Product Dimension Measurement Visibility

FBN Fees and Product Dimension Measurement Visibility

Noon’s FBN Fees dashboard provides sellers with clear visibility into product dimensions captured at Noon fulfillment centers, along with an estimate of the associated FBN fees, including storage fees and FBN outbound fees. This tool allows sellers to monitor their product measurements and fees, ensuring accuracy and offering the ability to report discrepancies.

What Are the Benefits of Using the FBN Fees Dashboard?

  1. Visibility of Product Dimensions:
    • View the product dimensions measured at Noon’s fulfillment center.
  2. Estimate Fees:
    • Get an idea of the estimated FBN outbound fees (shipping fees) and storage fees for your products.
  3. Report Measurement or Fee Issues:
    • Quickly report discrepancies in product measurements or estimated fees for review and resolution.

Note: the dashboard gives the approximate calculation of your FBN fees.

This is just an estimate and may vary as per actual SKU measurements.

Please refer to the statement report for actual charges.

How to Check Product Measurements and FBN Fees?

  1. Go to your Seller Lab > click Fulfilled by noon tab > select the FBN Fees
  2.  Select the Country and search for the PBarcode of your product

Note: as of now you can only search by PBarcode. You can either check the PBarcode

for all your items from your Inventory dashboard or you can download the

export catalog report by selecting your marketplace and live items.

You will be able to see the approximate calculation of your FBN fees.

  • Fulfillment Fees (Based on the dimensions, weight, and fulfillment country, seller will see the following fulfillment fees:
    • FBN Outbound Fees: Charged for every unit shipped from Noon’s fulfillment center.
    • Storage Fees: Charged monthly based on the product’s dimensions and weight in cubic feet.

Note: By default, fees are displayed for one unit, but you can adjust to see the total storage cost for your entire inventory.

Check the help center article for details on how these fees are calculated.

B. Product Is Defined, but Dimensions Are Not Yet Captured

For recently inbounded SKUs where dimensions have not yet been measured:

  • Details such as dimensions, weight, classification, and fees will not be visible.
  • Temporary Outbound Fees: For such SKUs, fees are charged based on the minimum size tier.

Refer to the FBN Fees article for region-specific minimum tier details for KSA, UAE, and Egypt.
