Fulfilled by Partner (FBP) Fees in UAE
This Fulfilled by Partner (FBP) service annex incorporates and is governed by
the Seller Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). The combination of the Seller Terms
and Conditions and the provisions of this service annex shall together constitute
the contract between the parties.
Starting 1st September 2025 the following fees will apply to your Fulfilled by Partner (FBP) items or orders, depending on the fee.
Note:
- All fees are exclusive of VAT.
I. Default Fees
1-Referral Fees - Updated
The below referral fees is applicable from 1st September 2025
1. There are some PST and Brand Level exceptions that apply to the below mentioned fees. Click here to download the exceptions sheet.2. A minimum referral fee of 1 AED will be charged for each item you sell on noon.

2- Direct Ship Fee
We will charge the Direct Ship fees listed below for every sale, based on the shipment's dimensions and either the volumetric or physical weight, whichever is higher. To understand how the Direct Ship fees are calculated, please click here. The fees below will be applied according to the shipment weight.
-The fee is applied at the shipment level, not the unit level.
-The fee depends on the handover method: pick up or drop off.
-This fee is non-refundable, except in
cases like customer unresponsiveness leading to undelivered shipments.
-The drop-off fee is applicable if sellers opt in for the item “drop-off” option. Sellers will have to drop off their items in their nearest noon hub.

3- Shipping fee
Sellers will receive a reimbursement for the shipping fee collected from the
customer, up to a maximum of 10 AED per order, after the delivery is completed.
The shipping fee is tier-based, which is determined by the value of the order.
The fee applies on the basis of total order value per seller. If customer
order is worth 150 AED and it contains items from 2 different seller each
worth of 75 AED, each seller can charge 10 AED shipping fee to the customer
as the total order value from individual seller is less than 100 AED.

II. Circumstantial fees
Circumstantial Fees are fees imposed on sellers by noon for specific conditions or events related to inventory and sales.
These fees include non-saleable item storage, warranty claims, miscellaneous irregularities, and retention penalties for
non-compliance with local laws and policies.
1- Non-Saleable Item storage Fee:
This fee applies to non-saleable inventory stored in noon fulfillment centers for an aging bucket of more that 30 days.
We will charge the Non-Saleable Item storage fee based on the cubic feet of the item.

2- Warranty (WNTY):
A charge for warranty claims made by the customers which the seller couldn’t fulfill as per the local laws and noon’s policies. For warranty policy click here and warranty requirement click here
3- Retention Penalty Fee (RETP)
A fee that is charged to the seller to compensate our customers in case they caused them any grievances by not adhering to the local laws and noon’s policies. Such grievances can be as a result of, but not limited to: Cancelling/delaying/not delivering orders.
Fulfilling orders using items that have missing parts, or that are fake, damaged, defective, used, expired, not matching your listed product on the website.

4- Return Administration Fee:
This fee is charged to the seller for processing items returned by the customer for specific seller-controllable reasons.
These reasons include items being different from the listing, fake, damaged, defective, used/pre-activated, missing parts, extra items in the order, exceptional return cases, and post-RTC.
The fee will be the lesser of 15 AED or 20% of the referral fee for the returned item. It will take effect on October 1st, 2024.
5- Miscellaneous fees (MISC)
An amount charged to the seller for any irregular occurrences that they may cause, which engender grievances to our customers, or/and are against the local laws and noon policies, such as counterfeit penalties.
III. Order Cancellation Fee
The cancellation fee for each category will match the FBP referral fee for that category. If a category has an ASP tier, the referral fee for the highest ASP range will be applied.
Note:
- The fees mentioned in this article will apply to both the
Directship model and Bulky Directship.
- For direct delivery, only the referral fee will
apply, along with circumstantial fees, which may vary depending on specific
situations.
