At noon, we aim to develop the seller and provide them with a platform to support order fulfillment. In today's world of quick commerce and E-commerce, the seller's ability to quickly fulfill orders is a crucial aspect of the business.
The seller must create a JUMP account to get started with the onboarding process. In order to do so seller must follow these simple steps
- You will be requested to provide the details such as the Country, Phone number, Email ID, and the Store name. Then click on Create Store button to create your JUMP store.
Note: JUMP services is only available for the KSA seller for now.
- You will be redirected to the JUMP store, and you will be able to view the details of your store.
Linking the Legal Entity and Signing the Contract.
The next step in JUMP onboarding it to link your Legal Entity and sign the Contract.
Info: If you already have a Legal Entity created and approved on noon, you do not have to create another Legal Entity separately. However, if you wish to create a separate Legal entity for JUMP, you can do that. Refer to this
article.
- Start by clicking on the drop-down under the Legal entity section to select an already existing Legal Entity or click on the Create New Legal entity button to create a new one.
- Once you select the Legal entity, you will notice a blue button called Sign Contract.
- You will be redirected to the Authorized Signatory section to select the person who will sign the contract. Select from the drop-down and click on the Send T&C for Review button. You will receive an email associated with the signatory, and you need to sign the contract to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
This completes the steps of linking the legal entity and signing the contract.
- In the JUMP store, you will also find an option to link a bank account for the payments. You can select the bank account from the drop-down and click on Link Bank account.
- Once the bank account is linked, it will appear as shown in the screenshot below.
Integrating your noon account with the SALLA store
This brings us to the final step in your JUMP onboarding process, which is to integrate your noon account with your SALLA store.
Note: This integration will create your catalog on noon store with the SKUs you have on SALLA account.
- To proceed with the integration, you will find the integration and settings section on your JUMP account. Click on the blue button called Integrate Channel.
- In the next step, you will see the option to connect your SALLA store. Click on the Connect button.
- In the next step, you will be requested to authorize JUMP on your SALLA account. Click on this button.
- You will be redirected to the SALLA platform. You need to log in to your account by providing the credentials of your SALLA store.
- Once you log in, you will see a button Granting the permit. Click on this button.
- Your request will be processed and you will be redirected to the JUMP account on Seller Lab, showing a success message that the SALLA account is connected. This completes the integration process.
Other functionalities under Integrating Channel
Once your SALLA account is connected, the Integration and Settings option will offer new actions that you can take on the JUMP account. Let's discuss these functions in brief.
- To access these actions, click on the blue Integrate channel button.
- This will redirect you to the JUMP Account settings. Here you can view the Store details and the Linked channel, which is your SALLA store. Click on the Channel Preference button.
- Here you will have the option to visit the channel on the SALLA platform. You will have another option to deactivate the channel. This section will also allow you to select your order preference. Once your order preference is selected, you can click on Save Changes to update the preference.
- Once the preference is updated, you will get a confirmation message that your preferences have been updated successfully.
