For each product/unit sold, noon shall charge a referral fee based on the product category as detailed in the below table. It shall be applied as a percentage of the sale price on the item sold on noon. The referral fees are exclusive of VAT.
This fee applies to each shipment that is shipped to a customer. The value is based on the weight of a shipment (which shall be either the maximum of volumetric weight or dead weight of the shipment).
Please note there that bulky shipments over 12 KG are prohibited.
To be applied per item shipped on noon
The Global Outbound Fee is charged per item shipped to a customer. It is determined by the product's dimensions and shipping weight.
Note: The fee is applied when the order is shipped and is non-refundable if the order is returned.
Circumstantial Fees are fees imposed on sellers by noon for specific conditions or events related to inventory and sales.
These fees include non-saleable item storage, warranty claims, miscellaneous irregularities, and retention penalties for non-compliance with local laws and policies.
A monthly fee that applies to each item that is stored in a noon fulfillment center post being reinventorized. The fee is calculated based on the size of the item in cubic feet* and the number of storage days.

A charge for warranty claims made by the customers which the seller couldn’t fulfill as per the local laws and noon’s policies. For warranty policy click here and warranty requirement click here
Return processing fee : 2 SAR-AED /returned item
This fee is charged to the seller for processing items returned by the customer for specific seller-controllable reasons.
These reasons include items being different from the listing, fake, damaged, defective, used/pre-activated, missing parts, extra items in the order, exceptional return cases, and post-RTC.
The fee will be less than 15 SAR/AED or 20% of the referral fee for the returned item.
An amount charged to the seller for any irregular occurrences that they may cause, which engender grievances to our customers, or/and are against the local laws and noon policies, such as counterfeit penalties.
The cancellation fee for each category will match the FBP referral fee for that category. If a category has an ASP tier, the referral fee for the highest ASP range will be applied.
