Q: How can a UAE seller at noon activate a global store to sell in KSA?

A step-by-step guide is available here to activate your store and start selling in KSA using your noon UAE store.

Q: How will the Global products be priced?

Sellers can upload their KSA prices in US Dollar using the seller lab. The process to upload prices can be referred to here. Sellers do not need to include VAT or any other import related charges while uploading prices on the seller lab. noon will add all import related charges and VAT before the final prices are shown to customers. noon will collect these additional fee and pay relevant authorities

Q: What products are eligible for Noon Global?

Most products that are sold on FBN in UAE can be sold on Global KSA except for following

  • Items where volumetric weight or actual weight is more than 10kg
  • Items with longest dimension greater than 60cm
  • Items prohibited/restricted in KSA by law. You can find here the products that are Prohibited to ship in Saudi Arabia.

Q: What is the fee for selling on noon Global?

For selling on noon global stores in KSA, sellers will pay all the charges that sellers currently pay for selling their items in the UAE. In addition, sellers will pay a Global referral fee

Notes

Please note that noon will offer 100% subsidy on additional cross border fee (point no. 2 above) till 31st Mar, 2025.

Q: How will the customer returns be processed?

The seller needs to provide a drop-off point in KSA for all customer returns. noon will deliver all returned items to the drop off location provided by the seller. For sellers who do not have drop-off point in KSA, noon has shortlisted few independent vendors who can provide following services such as:

  1. Receive return items on seller behalf
  2. Categorize items in sellable and non-sellable categories
  3. Prepare shipment for re-inbounding of sellable items to re-inbound in noon freezone WH in Jebel Ali
  4. Return items to seller warehouse in UAE

While noon has negotiated a base rate card (can be obtained from these vendors), sellers are encouraged to negotiate based on the exact services they will be needing

Notes

Note: Please note that these vendors are independent vendors and noon bears no responsibility for disputes between vendor and seller

Q: What is noon freezone WH?

noon has established a freezone WH in the Jebel Ali area in the UAE. This WH can be used by sellers from other countries to sell their items in the UAE and KSA without inbounding to the UAE mainland. The WH can also be used by UAE sellers to re-inbound returns from customers that were sold under a global model. Once the item is in UAE freezone WH, the item will go live in UAE as well as KSA under global tag making both markets accessible at the same time.

The applicable charges are same as local FBN WH charges for RTV and can be seen here for UAE, KSA.
