Q: How will the Global products be priced?
Sellers can upload their KSA prices in US Dollar using the
seller lab. The process to upload prices can be referred to
here. Sellers
do not need to include VAT or any other import related charges while uploading
prices on the seller lab. noon will add all import related charges and VAT
before the final prices are shown to customers. noon will collect these
additional fee and pay relevant authorities
Q: What products are eligible for Noon Global?
Most products that are sold on FBN in UAE can be sold on
Global KSA except for following
Q: What is the fee for selling on noon Global?
For selling on noon global stores in KSA, sellers will pay
all the charges that sellers currently pay for selling their items in the UAE.
In addition, sellers will pay a
Global
referral fee.
Please note that noon will offer 100% subsidy on additional
cross border fee (point no. 2 above) till 31st Mar, 2025.
Q: How will the customer returns be processed?
The seller needs to provide a drop-off point in KSA for all
customer returns. noon will deliver all returned items to the drop off location
provided by the seller. For sellers who do not have drop-off point in KSA, noon
has shortlisted few independent vendors who can provide following services such as:
Receive
return items on seller behalf
Categorize
items in sellable and non-sellable categories
Prepare
shipment for re-inbounding of sellable items to re-inbound in noon
freezone WH in Jebel Ali
Return
items to seller warehouse in UAE
While noon has negotiated a base rate card (can be obtained
from these vendors), sellers are encouraged to negotiate based on the exact
services they will be needing
Note: Please note that these vendors are independent vendors
and noon bears no responsibility for disputes between vendor and seller
Q: What is noon freezone WH?
noon has established a freezone WH in the Jebel Ali area in
the UAE. This WH can be used by sellers from other countries to sell their
items in the UAE and KSA without inbounding to the UAE mainland. The WH can
also be used by UAE sellers to re-inbound returns from customers that were sold
under a global model. Once the item is in UAE freezone WH, the item will go
live in UAE as well as KSA under global tag making both markets accessible at
the same time.
Q: How can a seller request RTV from Freezone WH and
what are the charges?
RTV from Freezone WH needs custom clearance from relevant
authorities. It can be done by the seller independently or through a trusted
partner assigned by noon. All charges to be borne by the seller. Once the
seller provides required documents, the RTV will be delivered to the seller by
noon similar to the process in local FBN. The applicable charges are same as
local FBN WH charges for RTV and can be seen here for
UAE,
KSA.
Q: What are the warranty requirements in KSA and how
can a seller enable the warranty?
All items need to meet KSA Saudi requirements by law. Seller
needs to enable warranty as noon global guidelines

Q: Are sellers required to pay storage fees for
stocks in the noon freezone warehouse, and if so, what are the typical charges
and determining factors involved?
All items available in the freezone warehouse will be
treated the same as local FBN WH. Rates and charges will remain the same as
noon FBN rate card.

Q: Where can I find the financial statements for a
global account?
Financial statements can be found under the ‘Payments &
fees’ section in the seller lab of existing accounts. Seller needs to select
the country as ‘Saudi Arabia’ for global account statement.
Q: Will the KSA VAT charged to the customer be
included on the invoice?
No, KSA VAT will be collected by noon and will be paid to
relevant authorities. No VAT or any other import related charges will be
included in the invoice
Q: Will the seller receive payment in their UAE
account, even if they have an existing Legal entity in KSA or currently selling
in KSA ?
Yes, all payments will be received in existing UAE account
linked to noon UAE seller account
Q: What is the currency of the payment settlement,
will it be in AED or USD?
The currency of the payment settlement will be USD between
noon and seller’s bank
Q: Do I need to have VAT registration in KSA to
start a global store at noon and sell in KSA?
There is no mandatory requirement for VAT registration in
KSA for noon global store
Q: Can Directship inventory be sold on Global
stores?
Yes, all items that are live at noon in UAE under all
business models can be activated on global store. Please refer to the detailed

Q: What are the documentation and Compliances
required to be part of noon’s global program?
Sellers are responsible for providing necessary
documentation for cross-border shipments.
A: Non-Resident Sellers in UAE:
List
products inclusive of VAT.
Raise
a zero-rated invoice for exports.
Maintain
order ID level information for customs and VAT remittance.
Noon
will maintain the order ID level information against the inbound shipment,
customs, and VAT remitted on the seller's behalf. To defend the seller
remittances.
For
any returns – Import VAT, customs and shipping charges will be a
non-recoverable cost.
MP
service invoice to Non-resident Seller will be at the rate of 15% as the
cost to Non-resident Seller.
Zero-rated
Tax Invoice will be issued by a non-resident seller to the end customer.
The
invoice will be available on the noon.com customer account.
Mode

B: For Non-Resident KSA VAT Sellers:
Subsequently, by way of VAT statement (seller-level) that
represents order-wise, bayan-wise, VAT paid information to consider as input
VAT statement against the output tax liability, while filling the VAT return.
