Overview Journey for Global Selling Success

Welcome to Noon’s Global Selling Program, a streamlined opportunity for UAE sellers to expand their reach into the Saudi Arabian (KSA) market. This guide will take you through the whole journey you need to expand your business to the Saudi market.

Step 1: Setting Up and Activating Your KSA Store

As a UAE seller to start selling in KSA, you’ll first need to create and activate your store on Noon’s platform. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Create Your KSA Store:
    • If your KSA store hasn’t been created yet, refer to the detailed instructions in this article.
  2. Add VAT Details:
    • Enter your KSA VAT registration details and submit them for approval.
    • Your Legal Entity (LE) will undergo a thorough review.
  3. Link Legal Entity and Bank Account:
    • Once your LE is approved, connect it to your designated bank account to proceed.
  4. Sign Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):
    • Agree to the program’s T&Cs. Your LE eligibility will be reviewed again post-signing.
    • Once approved, you’re officially ready to begin listing your products globally!

Refer to this article for more details.

Step 2: Listing and Activating SKUs

Adding your products to the KSA market involves listing them as SKUs and activating them for sale. Follow these steps to ensure everything is set up correctly:

  1. Import Global Product Details:
    • Add the SKUs for the products you want to sell.
    • Include the 12-digit Saudi HS codes for each product, as required by ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority) regulations.
  2. Set Pricing:
    • Upload your product prices in Pre-VAT USD format.
  3. Activate Your Catalog:
    • Use the Catalog Partner SKU Update Importer to activate your product catalog for KSA. This ensures all details are correctly uploaded and ready for sale.

You can refer to this article for more details.

Step 3: Accessing and Managing the Global Catalog

Once your products are uploaded, you can access and monitor them through the Global Catalog. Here’s what to do next:

  1. Check Your SKUs:
    • Access the catalog by referring to the SKU Global Activation guide.
    • Review your SKUs and prices to ensure everything is live and accurate.
  2. Resolve Errors:
    • If your SKUs are not active, check for error messages and address them promptly to avoid delays in listing.

You can refer to this article for more details.
